Private tuition can also be used highly effectively to improve sports performance. Whatever your sport, pilates can improve your performance, reduce your chances of injury, quicken your recovery and allow you to play your sport later in life.
You will exercise on the reformer, cadillac, ladder barrel, spine corrector, stability chair and mat during a one to one session.
