The hip complex allows for a vast range of movement in all directions. This movement strengthens our gluteal muscles, hip flexors, abductors and adductors and helps to stabilise our pelvis.

In short, moving at our hips is vital for improving our strength in standing, walking, all sports and everyday activities.
