This is an athletic pilates workout with a twist! The weights add an extra challenge and as always the control for every move comes from the centre of our body. The balls can also bring an awareness to parts of our body which are otherwise sidelined, particularly the shoulder girdle, and they increase the work of our abdominal muscles. A fun, sweaty workout!
