Upper body strength, shoulder stability and mobility are for all seasons but in the summer we tend to get our arms out on view more! And what a perfect time of year to be motivated and inspired to exercise. Little and often is the key to maintaining regular exercise and this workout is short but intense and highly effective. I loved getting outside and having birdsong for my soundtrack!
