We offer a range of classes and private lessons for all fitness levels, from post-rehabilitation to athletic performance.

Outdoors

We’re running ad hoc, outdoor classes in and around Ingleton through Spring and Summer to ease us back into the social side of exercise.

Online Classes

We’re currently teaching pilates everyday via Facebook Live. Our 30min lessons offer fresh, varied, multi-level workouts in real time, or you can watch them later!

Video Library

We have a library of over 80 videos that allow you to workout effectively in your own home at your own level.

1:1 Sessions

Private lessons are recommended if you are new to pilates, recovering from illness or injury or training at a high level for sports performance.
